Company: Top-tier General Contractor with 100+ years of history and a strong presence across municipal, K-12, and defense (Lockheed Martin) projects. Consistent pipeline of ground-up builds up to $30M.
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across education, municipal, and defense sectors. You’ll take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities from start to close-out Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staff Drive and maintain project schedules and milestones Enforce safety standards and quality control Lead daily site meetings and reporting Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients
Requirements: 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven experience on ground-up projects ($10M–$30M range) Background in municipal, education, or defense projects preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret plans/specs
