Looking to take ownership of major concrete estimates on high-value projects? This is an opportunity to join a leading self-perform contractor delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects across the U.S.
You’ll play a key role within a high-performing preconstruction team, working on bids that directly shape project success and company growth.
The Role As a Senior Estimator, you’ll support preconstruction leadership across the full estimating lifecycle - from early-stage conceptual pricing through to final bid submission. You’ll be involved in: Building detailed estimates including general conditions, alternates, labour, and vendor pricing Producing accurate
quantity take-offs
across full concrete scopes Developing
conceptual estimates
from limited design information Preparing clear, comprehensive client proposals Supporting project handover with accurate and detailed information Mentoring junior estimators and ensuring quality across the team
What You’ll Need 5+ years’ experience in
structural concrete estimating Background with a
self-perform GC or concrete contractor Experience across
commercial / industrial projects ($1M+) Strong understanding of both
hard bid and negotiated work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
