Printed Packaging Specialist

Job Title: Printed Packaging Specialist Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202 Duration: 5 months + (Possible Extension) Pay Rate : $40/Hr. on W2 Job Summary: Responsible for managing the global print supply chain from design through production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective resolution of print-related issues. This role collaborates cross-functionally and with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in print quality and packaging outcomes. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the end-to-end print supply chain, from design to production, ensuring consistent quality standards. · Partner with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, MPD, and Package Development for printer/supplier evaluations. · Ensure alignment and adherence to Print Quality Programs across internal teams and external suppliers. · Lead regular business reviews with suppliers, tracking performance and addressing gaps. · Develop and implement improvement plans and supplier scorecards to enhance print quality. · Conduct and lead root cause analysis of print quality issues in collaboration with Package Development teams. · Leverage knowledge of pre-press, packaging software, and digital technologies to recommend innovative solutions. · Provide technical guidance and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Strong understanding of print supply chain processes (design to production). · Experience with print quality management and issue resolution. · Knowledge of pre-press processes, packaging technologies, and digital tools. · Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. · Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. · Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
