We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our leadership team and play a key role in building out our talented sales division. Position Overview: The Full-Cycle Lead Recruiter will oversee all stages of recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for our Midtown sales team. This individual will work cross-functionally with other offices and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives, identify top-performing candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, intuitive, and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for the Midtown sales team. Partner closely with department heads and senior management across multiple offices to understand hiring needs and business goals. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management. Manage all aspects of onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruiting strategies and streamline hiring processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to recruiting support staff as the Miami office continues to expand. Represent PMF's brand and values in all candidate interactions, maintaining a professional and engaging presence.
