Role Description The Commercial Property Manager is a full‑time on‑site role based in W. Suffolk County, NY. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of commercial properties, coordinating with tenants, ensuring the properties are well‑maintained, and addressing maintenance or tenant‑related issues. Additional responsibilities include the management of leases, facilitating property budgets, approving expenditures, and ensuring timely rent collection. The manager will also work closely with the team and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of properties while delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants.

Qualifications

Property Management and Real Estate: Experience in managing commercial properties, lease administration, and tenant relations.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Strong ability to create and manage property budgets, assess financial performance, and oversee expenditures.

Maintenance and Vendor Coordination: Familiarity with property maintenance, repair coordination, and working with third‑party vendors or contractors.

Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools, such as property management systems, spreadsheets, and financial platforms.

Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in New York State is highly desirable.

Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
