We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a newly delivered, luxury Class A apartment community currently in lease-up. This boutique property requires a hands‑on leader who can drive leasing performance while delivering an elevated resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of lease-up strategy, marketing, and occupancy growth Oversee day‑to‑day property operations, ensuring a high standard of service and presentation Manage and mentor onsite team members, fostering a strong team culture Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Ensure an exceptional resident experience aligned with a luxury brand Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Qualifications:
3–5+ years of property management experience, including lease‑up exposure Proven success managing Class A or luxury apartment communities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting Knowledge of the Dallas market This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high‑end, boutique community and play a key role in its successful stabilization.
