We are seeking an experienced
Lease-Up Property Manager
to lead the successful launch and stabilization of a new
multifamily community . This role is ideal for a driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong track record of leasing velocity, team leadership, and resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site operations during lease-up through stabilization
Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy targets on schedule
Hire, train, and manage leasing and maintenance teams
Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to generate traffic
Oversee pricing, concessions, and market positioning in partnership with ownership
Ensure exceptional resident experience from first tour through move-in
Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance
Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
3–7+ years of multifamily property management experience
Proven success managing
lease-up communities
(Class A preferred)
Strong understanding of leasing strategy, traffic conversion, and market comps
Experience with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
