Viewer Experience Advocate (Entry Level)
The Viewer Experience Advocate provides front-line support to viewers via phone and chat, assisting with account management, billing inquiries, content questions, and basic navigation of streaming platforms. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and recommending appropriate products to enhance viewer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support viewers with account, billing, content, and basic technical inquiries
Troubleshoot common streaming and device‑related issues
Recommend products and features during each interaction
Document interactions accurately across multiple systems
Support multiple products and regions while meeting performance standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
Comfortable navigating multiple systems, internet, email, and chat tools
Familiarity with streaming services and devices
Flexible availability, including holidays and 24/7 support schedules
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
