Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager located in Plano, TX. The LIHTC Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the property, ensuring compliance with all LIHTC program regulations and local laws. Key responsibilities include coordinating tenant lease agreements, managing financial performance, supervising onsite staff, and maintaining positive resident relations. The Property Manager will also be responsible for handling maintenance requests and ensuring the operational efficiency of the property.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of LIHTC program regulations, fair housing laws, and property management principles

Proficiency in managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and overseeing operational expenses

Exceptional leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and team coordination

Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster relationships with tenants and address concerns effectively

Proficient in property management software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

LIHTC or affordable housing certification is a plus

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or affordable housing programs is highly desirable
