Fiscal Performance & BI Insights Advisor | Senior Consultant
ProSidian seeks a Fiscal Performance & BI Insights Advisor | Senior Consultant for program support on a contract basis located CONUS - Norristown PA across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting a county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat. Seeking Fiscal Performance & BI Insights Advisor candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Senior Consultant Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as a Operations (Fiscal Performance & BI Insights Advisor) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World). Build and manage performance dashboards. Use BI tools to track contract metrics and highlight actionable financial insights. Support strategic decision-making with real-time data. Desired Qualifications For Fiscal Performance & BI Insights Advisor | Senior Consultant (MontCo0015014) Candidates: Proven experience in business intelligence, public sector KPIs, and data visualization. Strong understanding of fiscal indicators. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor's in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related field. 4+ years of BI or financial reporting experience. Skills Required: BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), KPI development, SQL, performance reporting. Competencies Required: Data storytelling, insight development, stakeholder communication, IT collaboration. Ancillary Details Of The Roles: May provide BI training sessions for finance personnel and department leads. Involved in quarterly reviews and budget oversight panels. Works with IT and finance teams to ensure aligned reporting and tool integration.
