top-tier investment banking firm , providing high-quality account assistance in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of call center experience Experience handling
high-volume inbound calls Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to navigate account systems and follow established procedures Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience is a plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
preferred , not required What You’ll Be Doing: Handle inbound client calls regarding account-related inquiries Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer support Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics Why Join Us?
