financial services support team . This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy helping customers solve problems quickly and efficiently.
On-site | South Jordan, UT 6–12 Month Contract $21–$22/hour
Key Responsibilities: • Handle high-volume inbound calls related to customer accounts • Provide fast, accurate, and professional support while meeting KPIs • Assist clients with account access, mobile apps, and general inquiries • Resolve issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Multitask across systems in a fast-paced call center setting
Qualifications: • Previous contact center experience OR college degree (one required) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics • Comfortable handling back-to-back calls • Detail-oriented and adaptable
