Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls related to customer accounts
Provide fast, accurate, and professional support while meeting KPIs
Assist clients with account access, mobile apps, and general inquiries
Resolve issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Multitask across systems in a fast-paced call center setting
Qualifications
Previous contact center experience OR college degree (one required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics
Detail-oriented and adaptable
