What You’ll Do
Handle high-volume
inbound calls
regarding Brokerage account inquiries
Provide
accurate, efficient, and compliant
service to all clients
Assist customers with:
General account and financial-related questions
Meet key performance metrics while maintaining world-class service standards
Work collaboratively in a
team-oriented, fast-paced
environment
Multitask and adapt quickly to changing procedures or client needs
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
