Systems Analyst / NetSuite Administrator

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst / NetSuite Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operation of their core business systems. This role will focus primarily on the “Run” side of systems management, ensuring stability across NetSuite and key integrations, with the opportunity to grow into enhancements as experience deepens. This is an ideal role for a mid level NetSuite professional who is dependable, technically curious, and excited to support a fast‑growing luxury fashion brand. What You’ll Do Support daily operations of NetSuite, acting as system support Monitor and troubleshoot integrations via Celigo, including error management Support EDI workflows (via Orderful, SPS Commerce acceptable) Help translate NetSuite transactions into EDI transaction codes Support system interactions across Shopify, PLM, fulfillment, and customer service tools (Zendesk) Assist with system releases, issue resolution, and light enhancements Partner closely with internal teams to keep systems running smoothly What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience as a NetSuite Admin, Systems Analyst, or similar Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (transactions, configurations, user support) Experience with Celigo as an integration platforms Working knowledge of EDI concepts and retail/wholesale order flows Familiarity with Shopify in an ecommerce environment Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a multi‑system landscape Nice to Have Experience with Orderful NetSuite certifications Scripting or customization experience Background in ecommerce, wholesale, or fashion/luxury environments Compensation : $50/hr - $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. xywuqvp Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
