About the Role Our client is hiring an Intake Specialist for a high-volume personal injury law firm in Southfield. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and directly impacts whether cases are signed. This is a
phone-heavy, conversion-focused role . Strong communication, urgency, and follow-up matter.
