Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Auburn, AL for a Residential Property Manager. The Residential Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, manage lease agreements, and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Additional responsibilities include effectively communicating with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth management of properties and compliance with leasing terms.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact professionally with tenants and property owners
Experience in Property Management, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration, with the ability to manage lease agreements and ensure compliance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software and tools is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
