Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner; Handles customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork; Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses; Promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up; Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs
