Customer Relations Associate - Part Time

Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.; Handles customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.; Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.; Identifies and evaluates customers' needs; makes product recommendations based on this analysis.; Promotes programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
