As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle you\'ll focus on engaging and growing our existing customer base. In this role, you\'ll design and execute programs that help customers realize value from SPS solutions, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
You\'ll work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue teams to create lifecycle programs that guide customers through key moments in their journey — from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, customer insight, and creative execution to build marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
What You\'ll Do:
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs that engage customers across key stages including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
Build targeted, multi-channel campaigns using tools such as email, marketing automation, and digital channels to drive customer engagement
Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to support adoption and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
Leverage customer insights, segmentation, and behavioral data to deliver relevant messaging and personalized experiences
Monitor and analyze program performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue impact
Develop nurture programs and customer communications that reinforce product value and highlight new capabilities
Continuously test, optimize, and improve lifecycle campaigns to enhance the overall customer journey
Where You\'ll Work:
This role is remote or hybrid, based on the candidate\'s location. For hybrid office locations (Rogers, AR or Minneapolis, MN), we Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. The role will require occasional travel for onboarding, training, team or company meetings, etc., estimated around 5%.
What You\'ll Bring:
Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years of related experience in marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and measurable outcomes
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Experience using customer data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to inform marketing strategies
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in SaaS is a plus
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, WordPress, or marketing automation platforms like Pardot
Broad marketing knowledge with the ability to connect strategy and execution across channels

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $84,370 - $130,790. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
