Who We\u2019re Looking For You think in moodboards, not ideas
Pull references from fashion, film, and interiors instinctively
Care about lighting, texture, composition, and emotion
Have strong visual taste (this matters more than experience)
You\u2019re inspired by brands like Zara Home, Ffern, Mango, Aesop, Jacquemus, Bottega Veneta, Acne Studios, HAY, The Row, Lemaire, Byredo
What you\u2019ll do Concept and develop editorial-style video content
Build moodboards and visual directions for shoots
Plan and execute simple productions (location, props, styling)
Direct talent and scenes
Edit short-form video with a strong sense of pacing and aesthetic
Help shape the visual identity of the brand
What we\u2019re NOT looking for Generic content creators
Performance marketers trying to be creative
What we ARE looking for Someone who could direct a Zara Home or Jacquemus campaign, even if you haven\u2019t yet
Someone obsessed with references, details, and atmosphere
Someone who understands both interiors
Someone who naturally builds beautiful things
Requirements Portfolio required (this matters more than anything)
Strong eye for composition, color, and storytelling
Comfortable shooting and editing (doesn\u2019t need to be perfect, taste > technical)
Based in Miami or willing to relocate
Compensation 50K - 80K salary depending on experience
