At Residence Supply, we’re building a design-driven brand that executes content daily, fast, and at a high level of taste. We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who can both think and execute. Someone who can build the vision… and then actually bring it to life.

This role is for you if you:
Have strong visual taste (lighting, composition, textures)
Can build moodboards AND turn them into real content
Don’t get stuck overthinking — you execute
Can shoot and edit content yourself
Understand references from brands like Zara Home, Aesop, Mango, COS, Jacquemus
What you’ll actually do:
Build quick moodboards and visual directions
Turn references into executable ideas (not just decks)
Develop concepts for short-form content
Shoot content (iPhone or camera)
Direct simple scenes, environments, and talent
Style basic setups (props, lighting, composition)
Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
Maintain strong pacing, tone, and aesthetic
Turn 1 idea into multiple pieces of content
Concept → shoot → edit within 24–48 hours
Produce consistently without needing constant direction
Iterate quickly based on performance
What this role is NOT:
A slow, conceptual-only art director
A corporate designer
A UGC content churner with no taste

Requirements:
Portfolio or Instagram required (non-negotiable)
Must be able to shoot and edit content independently
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and mood
Based in Miami or willing to relocate
Compensation:
$50,000 – $80,000
