Senior Estimator

About the Opportunity: We're working with a highly respected commercial general contractor in the Greater Philadelphia area that is continuing to grow its preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned estimator who wants to be part of a collaborative, well-run organization with a strong pipeline of negotiated and repeat work. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage the estimating process for commercial construction projects Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope requirements Solicit and level subcontractor bids Identify value engineering opportunities and risk factors Work closely with project management and leadership teams throughout preconstruction What They're Looking For: 5–15+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC Experience across ground-up and/or interior projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication skills with both internal teams and subcontractors Why This Role Stands Out: Strong backlog of work in the Greater Philadelphia market Collaborative preconstruction environment — not a siloed role Exposure to complex, high-visibility projects Leadership that values input from estimating during early project phases Long-term growth opportunity within the organization Additional Details: Competitive base salary + bonus structure Full benefits package Office-based with strong team interaction
