This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Day Services, based in White Plains, NY. The Director of Day Services will join a creative and dynamic team and oversee the planning, development, and management of multiple Day Habilitation program locations in Westchester County that support 80+ individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing leadership to a team, maintaining high-quality program standards, and addressing the needs of individuals and their families. The Director will be respinsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure programs meet the needs of participants and their families Demonstrated Team Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and build strong teams Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and best practices in services for individuals with developmental disabilities strong computer skills including excel excellent writing skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
$85,000 K DOE
