Textile Designer

Responsibilities :Create graphics for womens RTW brands and activewear
Assist with creating textile designs
Construct existing artwork into repeat pattern, color separations, and clean files for production
Prepare artwork files, layout and sizing, pantone color call outs
Organize and maintain print header library and pantone books
Assist with communication to/from China team
Maintain printer and software updates
Create a system to avoid potential print duplication among our brands
Skills/Qualifications :Degree in graphic design, illustration or visual arts Experience with womens RTW brands Proficient with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop a must Experience with Nedgraphics a huge plus Works well as a team player, great attitude Very organized and has ability to analyze workload for a variety of brands/designers and plan accordingly Exceptional follow up skills
