
Assistant Designer & Production Coordinator

Objective:
Support the Creative Director in executing designs and creative initiatives, while ensuring clear and timely communication with overseas factories. Contribute to aligning the brand for success within a small team environment.
Daily Operations: • Participate in creating apparel CADs and organize them into technical packs • Design garment prints under the Creative Director’s direction, including production-ready repeat
patterns • Measure and document garment specifications to maintain design execution consistency. • Maintain constant communication with overseas factories to ensure adherence to design specifications and timely product delivery. • Undertake graphic design tasks for apparel, lookbooks, websites, and social media platforms. • Assist in scheduling content to post on social media. • Coordinate model castings, organize fashion shoots, and assist in styling. • Retouch and prepare images in Photoshop for website and lookbooks, with occasional photo capture • Support the creative development and execution of weekly email campaigns
32 hours a week/ $28 an hour
Skills: • Strong Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop for design work. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines • Familiarity with Excel for style data input, sample tracking, and garment spec organization. • Understanding of garment fit and technical specifications. • Proficiency in image editing and retouching in Photoshop for website and marketing content
