A leading Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. This position will be a compliance generalist and ideal candidates will have prior private fund compliance experience.
Day-to-day you will: Draft/update compliance policies and procedures. Manage the firm's code of ethics. Review marketing materials Assist with various regulatory filings
You should apply if you: Have 2+ years of Advisers Act compliance experience. Are willing to be in office 2 days per week.
