Compliance Associate - Private Equity

A leading Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. This position will be a compliance generalist and ideal candidates will have prior private fund compliance experience.

Day-to-day you will:

• Draft/update compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage the firm's code of ethics.
• Review marketing materials
• Assist with various regulatory filings

You should apply if you:

• Have 2+ years of Advisers Act compliance experience.
• Are willing to be in office 2 days per week.
