Responsibilities - Assist project teams in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations. - Produce construction documents under supervision of senior staff. - Support site analysis, code research, and permitting processes. - Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients. - Contribute to design discussions, model-making, and digital renderings. - Produce permit set & coordination with city staff.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent). - 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count). - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Interest in residential design and sustainable practices. - Excellent problem solving skills.
