7am-4pm Pay rate:

$22-$23/hr

Responsibilities: Resolve customer service or billing concerns, including exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on claim investigations and resolutions Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further review Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: 2–4 years of customer service experience required High school diploma or GED preferred Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management Ability to work independently while accurately documenting and maintaining customer records Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is a plus
