Senior Estimator
who can own the preconstruction process and help lead a team of estimators. What You'll Be Doing: Leading detailed HVAC quantity take-offs (hydronic and air side systems) Developing budgets from schematic design through construction documents Working directly alongside the Director of Preconstruction on bid/no-bid decisions Building and reviewing subcontractor bid packages and contracts Mentoring and supervising junior estimators Collaborating cross-functionally with Project Managers and company leadership What You'll Bring: 5–10+ years of HVAC industry experience Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, and construction plans Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and related calculations Solid communication skills and a strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Why This Opportunity?
