What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries Assist customers with questions and service bookings Coordinate, dispatch, and debrief field technicians Order parts and support daily operations Maintain organized and accurate office records

What We’re Looking For Customer service or dispatching experience (preferred) Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable with data entry and computer systems Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Schedule Full-time with
occasional weekend shifts
