Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient support to clients via phone, email, and in person Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer inquiries Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Assist with general office tasks as needed Requirements Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using basic office software and systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
