Transactional Real Estate

About the Role The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. You’ll collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on key transactional tasks while also managing essential administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Support attorneys and paralegals with
document editing, proofreading, and organization Maintain
transactional spreadsheets
and assist with closings, logistics, and binder preparation Coordinate and manage
attorney calendars and schedules Arrange
travel
as needed Assist with
contract updates
and preparation of new business intake forms Save, organize, and route incoming/outgoing documents Maintain
document checklists
and organized case/transactional files Track
attorney expenses
and support time‑entry compliance Assist in preparing
new client business proposals
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
or
equivalent relevant experience required Prior experience in a
law firm or fast‑paced professional office
preferred Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent
technical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal
skills
Salary: $50,000-$55,000
