Key Responsibilities Manage a personal lines book (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client service Provide coverage guidance and process policy changes Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely, accurate servicing Maintain client records in the agency management system
Qualifications Active NJ Property & Casualty license 2+ years of experience in a personal lines account management role Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with insurance software systems
