The ideal candidate should have solid experience representing issuers or underwriters in connection with registered or Rule 144A securities offerings Fantastic firm culture where you will want to come into the office – attorneys are polite and collegial, practice groups have monthly lunches, and training on some topic is available nearly every day A centralized staffing system enables tasks to be distributed evenly There is a transparent process for what is expected to become equity partner No billable requirement Cravath compensation In the office 3x a week
