Real Estate Paralegal
to join their team.
This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities Drafting legal documents and correspondence Assisting with residential real estate closings Preparing closing packages Corresponding with clients
Requirements 2+ years of Delaware real estate transaction experience preferred but not required Experience with title, lending, and/or real estate companies will be considered Strong MS Office knowledge Very organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience.
