seeking a

Corporate Private Equity Associate

to join its growing team in

Houston .

This is an excellent opportunity for a

corporate associate with private equity experience

who wants to work on

high-value transactions for leading PE sponsors and corporate clients , while gaining significant responsibility and client exposure.

What they’re looking for: ✔

J.D. ✔ Strong experience in

private equity and corporate transactions ✔ Solid understanding of

corporate law and market deal terms ✔ Experience

drafting and negotiating transaction documents ✔ Ability to

manage deals from inception through closing ✔ A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to

work independently and take ownership of matters

The role: ⚖ Advise clients on

acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions Opportunity for

direct client interaction and involvement in deal execution Work on

complex private equity transactions with leading sponsors Ideal for associates seeking

greater responsibility, autonomy, and career progression What’s offered:
