A leading global AmLaw firm is looking to hire a mid-level Real Estate Transactions Associate to join its expanding team in South Florida.
The Role This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on managing deals and leading diligence efforts.
Key Responsibilities Manage purchase and sale transactions, including preparing and reviewing related documentation Assist in structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements Support real estate financing transactions on both the borrower and lender side
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Preferred experience in purchase & sale, joint ventures, or real estate finance Admitted or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
