New opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of business for commercial clients. The role focuses on policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and client relationship management, while producers primarily handle new business development. Key Responsibilities

Manage and service commercial insurance accounts for business clients Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and coverage questions Support producers during renewals and maintain relationships with clients and carrier underwriters Work in a fully digital, paperless agency environment using carrier portals and management systems Service coverage types including CGL, business auto, commercial property, BOP, workers’ comp, umbrella, and professional liability

Requirements Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License Experience servicing commercial lines accounts Strong client-facing communication skills Tech-savvy
