Job Overview Position: Leasing Professional – Hollywood Park Company: Greystar Location: Inglewood, California Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, and showing apartments.

Process applications, conduct credit screenings, criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.

Ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing, inspecting apartments before move‑in and coordinating with maintenance to address any outstanding items.

Stay informed about market and competitor conditions; develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, following community policies on concessions, specials, and programs.

Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, such as resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e‑mail, etc.), and community‑specific plans.

Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic information.

Maintain show unit and leasing office standards, inspecting marketing corridors and leasing tours, communicating upkeep needs, merchandising units, and ensuring a physically appealing show environment.

Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction via email, thank‑you notes, cards, or phone calls.

Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Respond quickly and courteously to resident, client, and owner concerns and questions, taking prompt action to resolve issues or convey requests to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

1–2 years of leasing experience and proficiency with Yardi/CRM systems.

Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on property).

All licenses and/or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.

Housing Discount Eligible for a 40% housing discount.

Compensation Hourly range: $23.00–$25.00 (Inglewood, CA). Additional compensation may include quarterly or annual bonuses for corporate positions, and weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses for onsite property positions.
