Position:
Leasing Professional
Location:
The Parkton Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
Pay Rate:
$19 - $21 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
What You’ll Do
Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow‑up communication in Yardi
Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
Ensure a smooth, seamless move‑in experience and confirm property readiness
Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market‑ready vacancies
Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in multifamily leasing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and creatively
Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
Strong attention to detail with a focus on community engagement and customer service
Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
