What You’ll Be ROCKING Daily
✔ Command the jobsite like a pro — plan, coordinate, and schedule crews, materials, and equipment with precision
✔ Supervise both your team and subcontractors — ensuring safety, quality work, and smooth production
✔ Read blueprints and specs with confidence, turning paper plans into real-world results
✔ Track project progress, budget, safety compliance, and daily goals
✔ Build strong relationships with field crews, subcontractors, and leadership
✔ Make calls that matter and lead with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm!
What You Bring to the Crew
✨ 2–5 years of civil/structural concrete experience (required)
✨ Background in water/wastewater, utilities, or process piping (preferred)
✨ 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience
✨ Strong mechanical skills and ability to interpret complex blueprints
✨ Comfortable with digital tools like Excel and Procore to keep projects on track
✨ Sharp communicator and natural organizer
