What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders and sell Medtronic spinal and biologics products to healthcare professionals.
Maintain and manage loaner inventory, ensuring availability for customer needs.
Provide on‑site field service and case coverage for surgical procedures as needed.
Prepare and submit reports on field visits as required by the District Sales Manager.
Aggressively seek new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device sales or related fields; or
Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in orthopedic, spine, or operating room settings is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
Experience with Medtronic products or similar medical devices is a plus.
