We are hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities Lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors Keep projects on schedule and within budget Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance Review plans and ensure work meets specifications Run site meetings and provide progress updates Identify and solve field issues quickly Qualifications
4+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects Experience working in the DC metro area preferred Ability to read plans and manage field operations Experience with tools like Procore or similar is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record delivering projects on time and safely
