
Divisional Sourcing Director, Financial Services

Job Summary
The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within the Financial Services Division at JLL.
Lead, manage, and direct strategic sourcing plans within the Division by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals.
Collaborate with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development, Category Management, and other stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients.
Lead and grow a high‑performing S&P team, managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a world‑class sourcing and procurement workforce.
Drive communication, both verbal and written, at all levels of JLL and to clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business.
Essential Job Functions Develops and Leads High Performing Teams
Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top sourcing talent.
Support career development of key roles through mentoring and visible leadership.
Build high‑performing, integrated sourcing teams committed to sustainable operational excellence.
Coach group leads and large account leaders on performance and development goals.
Network, mentor, and share diverse internal and external candidates to support supply/demand.
Develop succession plans for all key roles.

Execute with Excellence
Develop and implement Division sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals, market intelligence, and client strategies.
Maintain relationships with Americas leadership across all business lines.
Proactively manage suppliers to ensure performance expectations are met.
Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of the business, including best practices and innovation.
Lead complex short‑term and long‑term sourcing strategies, managing suppliers and internal networks.
Grows the Business
Coordinate with sourcing teams across Category Management, Solutions Development, and business development to support the sales process.
Serve as SME on renewals, expansions, and new business, partnering with Managing/Account Directors and Business Development.
Prepare for all client renewals, aiming for no‑bid renewals.
Participate in client meetings and yellow pad sessions as needed.
Achieves Financial/Compliance Results
Identify risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Continually manage and assess suppliers through the established performance program.
Own sourcing compliance and controls across the vertical(s), identifying improvement opportunities.
Maintain systematic, analytical methods for savings, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness; communicate results to the business.
Comply with all JLL and client policies, including ethics and business practice.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); MBA preferred.
15‑20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
Experience working in a matrix client organization.
Experience with client presentations.
Experience in the sales process within a large organization.

Estimated Compensation USD 175,000.00 – 190,000.00 per year.
