Project Designer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead design and documentation efforts across various phases of architectural projects.

Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration Develop and coordinate all phases of project documentation, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle Conduct code reviews, zoning analysis, and compliance assessments Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing Participate in quality control and constructability reviews Coordinate with permitting authorities and respond to regulatory comments

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 7–10 years of professional architectural experience Licensed Architect (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Revit is required Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation
