Role Description We are seeking a strategic and analytical HubSpot Administrator
Your role
Provide HubSpot support and administration end to end, including user management, permissions, objects, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and overall system configuration.
Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HubSpot Platform.
Design, implement and refine pipelines and HubSpot-native automations to streamline business processes
Design, implement and refine custom objects to support business use cases
Build and manage sequences, forms, and lists that align with commercial initiatives
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making across departments
Enforce CRM data standards, field definitions, and required inputs
Conduct regular audits to ensure clean data and system performance
Support marketing team with technical implementation of campaigns and programs
Ensure data integrity across all marketing systems through proper configuration, governance policies, and regular audits
Evaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve efficiency and capabilities
Maintain integrations between marketing systems and sales/customer success platform
Establish best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
Partner with Sales Operations to align on lead definitions, SLAs, and handoff processes
Collaborate with Customer Success Operations on customer marketing initiatives and retention campaigns
Work closely with marketing leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution plans
Serve as liaison between marketing and IT/engineering for technical requirements
Participate in revenue operations initiatives to ensure unified go-to-market alignment
Qualifications
Marketing automation platform certification (HubSpot) is a must.
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
4+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or related role
Proven experience managing marketing automation through HubSpot
Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Strong understanding of data management, database architecture, and API integrations
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutions
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology company environment
Background in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
Experience with marketing budget management and vendor relationships
