Junior Product Designer
Location Requirement (Read First)
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Candidates must be able to work onsite in NYC three days per week. This requirement is non‑negotiable and essential to the role.
About The Role We are seeking a junior‑level Product Designer to support a growing internal enterprise platform used by marketing teams to create and manage offers more efficiently. This role focuses on UI and visual design execution while requiring a strong understanding of UX fundamentals and system‑driven design. The ideal candidate has early‑career experience working on complex products, is highly proficient in Figma, and is comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design of a complex internal tool used by marketing and review partners
Execute UI and visual design work in Figma, producing production‑ready designs
Contribute to multiple projects at the same time, helping the team move faster
Assist with design deliveries by organizing, updating, and maintaining design files
Update and maintain components within an established design system and library
Take ownership of smaller initiatives such as backlog items, enhancements, or defect fixes
Collaborate directly with product partners and cross‑functional stakeholders
Check in regularly with design leads or subject matter experts to ensure alignment
Maintain consistency across experiences using component‑based and system‑driven principles
Approach work with a proactive, self‑starter mindset in a deadline‑driven environment
Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, or a related role
Strong foundation in design principles, including hierarchy, layout, and basic UX concepts
Strong UI and visual design skills with attention to detail
High proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and file setup
Experience contributing to complex products or systems, ideally in an enterprise environment
Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Comfortable taking direction, working quickly, and supporting larger design efforts
Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to ramp up quickly
Ability to work onsite in NYC three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on internal tools or platforms with complex workflows
Exposure to enterprise design systems or large‑scale products
Experience with prototyping, UX research, or motion design
A portfolio that demonstrates strong UI and visual design execution
