Head of Revenue Operations

Story Terrace Inc., New York, NY, United States

About us Sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things

simple

while earning

trust

from restaurants and guests at every interaction.

Today, Sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go

beyond

what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.

About the Role We're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to own and scale the technical infrastructure that powers our GTM org. This is a RevOps 2.0 opportunity. You're not inheriting a finished system, you're building the foundation that takes Sunday from where we are today to 2x revenue by EOY — and helps define what the right team structure and headcount looks like to get there.

You’ll lead a RevOps team consisting of three current functional areas (Engineering, Systems, and Analytics) with remit across both EU and US. You’ll own the CRM, data infrastructure, sales tooling, reporting, and more. And critically, you’ll stay close enough to the Sales org to ensure everything you build actually makes sellers faster, sharper, and more effective.

This role sits at the intersection of

technical depth

and

commercial fluency . We don’t need someone who just builds great systems. We need someone who understands why those systems exist and who is driven by improving sales performance and driving revenue globally.

Equally important is your ability to communicate. You’ll be expected to share a clear vision with GTM and executive leadership, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure that what RevOps is building — and why — is understood at every level of the organization.

You’ll work in close partnership with local GTM teams across the US and EU — who own commissions, territory mapping, and localized commercial strategy — to ensure that the systems and processes you build translate directly into execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities GTM Systems & Architecture

Own the build and ongoing quality of our global lead engine: ICP‑qualified lead lists, account enrichment, Salesforce hygiene, and automated top‑of‑funnel infrastructure — ensuring every SDR in every market always has a clean, prioritized bench of accounts to work from

Automation, AI & Process Improvement

Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation and AI‑driven workflows and systems with a goal of freeing up seller time and improving output quality

Lead a cross‑functional AI enablement effort across GTM — evaluating tools, designing processes, and driving responsible adoption

Reporting & Analytics

Build and improve on reporting and analytics including pipeline health, conversion rates, rep productivity, and revenue forecasting which services Leadership and the Sales organization

Use data to drive strategic decisions and establish clear KPIs across the GTM org

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of 9 with backgrounds in Engineering, Systems, and Analytics

Partner with Sales, Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to align systems with business needs
